With the district's move to a new ERP system, the district took the opportunity to renumber pay grades, eliminating pay grades that were empty and no longer in use. Pay grades have new number assignments; however, the actual pay minimums, midpoints, and maximums remain the same.
Wage/Hour Status: Non-exempt
Pay Grade: PP01, 8h, 197 days
Primary Purpose: Maintain accurate attendance records for the campus. Under close supervision, perform attendance data entry.
Qualifications: Minimum Education/Certification: High school diploma or GED
Special Knowledge/Skills: Ability to use software to develop spreadsheets and databases, and do word processing Proficient in keyboarding, 10-key numerical data entry, and file maintenance Ability to meet established deadlines Effective organization, clear communication skills and interpersonal skills
Experience: 2 years data entry experience preferred
Major Responsibilities and Duties: Records and Reports
- Collect and enter attendance data into established database and verify accuracy according to prescribed procedures.
- Assist parents, students, and faculty with questions regarding student attendance.
- Contact parents/guardians to verify student absences as needed and report attendance problems to designated administrator.
- Compile, maintain, file, and distribute all reports, records, and other documents as required following established procedures.
Other
- Assist in campus office as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Follow district safety protocols and emergency procedures.
